One of our major clients in the Phoenix, AZ area is currently seeking a Pharmacist for their closed door facility. This is a Non-sterile compounding role, but compounding experience is not needed! This is an excellent opportunity to gain compounding experience if you would like to grow your skill set beyond the retail space!

Job Title: Non Sterile Compounding Pharmacist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately fills pet prescriptions while adhering to company procedures and all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Reviews and approves compounded medications prepared by pharmacy technicians by validating calculations, verifying components, and performing thorough QA evaluations.
  • Comfortable and capable of working within USP 795 and USP 800 laboratory environments.
  • Must be able to concentrate on individual tasks and complete them efficiently and promptly.
  • A solid understanding of pharmaceutical math is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Current and Active Arizona Pharmacist License in good standing
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • At least 1 year of general pharmacist experience

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday! No weekends or on call hours
