What the Pharmacist In Charge Will Do:
- Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and customer service.
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff, ensuring accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and maintain proper record-keeping.
- Provide clinical guidance and consultation to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
What We’re Looking For in a Pharmacist In Charge:
- Current Pharmacist license in the state of Iowa required.
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy law, medication therapy, and clinical best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
