Job Title: Pharmacy in Charge

Pay: $80-90/hr

Hours: rotating schedule 

Start Date: ASAP

License requirement: Arizona required in addition to a combination of  IL, MA, WV,KS, KY, OH, OK, TX,VA, MD,AL,LA,MI, TN,NE,NV, OR

As a PIC, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, help drive team success, and ensure smooth workflow and great experiences for employees and the customers. You’ll work closely with the pharmacy team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a PIC, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily workflow, medication dispensing, and provide patient services

  • Ensure adherence to all state and federal pharmacy laws, controlled substance regulations, and proper record-keeping

  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and formulary alternatives

  • Monitor compounding techniques in accordance to USP 797 and 800 guidelines 

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Degree (Pharm.D. preferred) from an accredited school of pharmacy and current pharmacy license in the State of Arizona

  • Additional licensure in IL, MA, WV, KS, KY, OH, OK, TX, VA, MD, AL, LA, MI, TN, NE, NV, OR preferred 

  • Previous supervisory administrative experience required 

  • Experience with sterile and non sterile compounding required
