Urgently Hiring: Pharmacy Technician — Boynton Beach, FL

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician 
Pay: $25.00/hr + (depending on licensure/experience) 
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week)
Start: ASAP

We’re looking for a certified Pharmacy Technician to join a growing healthcare team in Boynton Beach. You’ll work alongside experienced pharmacists in a modern, compliant facility supporting safe and accurate medication preparation and dispensing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and in compliance with all regulations

  • Process prescriptions, verify patient information, and resolve discrepancies in pharmacy systems

  • Support sterile and non-sterile compounding in accordance with USP <797> and Florida BOP standards

  • Manage medication inventory, stock rotation, and proper storage

  • Maintain documentation for all dispensing activities and uphold cleanliness and infection control protocols

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active Florida Board of Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician license

  • PTCB or NHA certification (preferred)

  • 1+ year of experience in sterile/non-sterile compounding, hospital IV rooms, or infusion pharmacy

  • Strong knowledge of USP <797> aseptic technique and pharmaceutical calculations

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Boynton Beach, FL, with a standard day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
