Job Description


Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge - Urgent!

Pay: $62-70/hr 

Hours: Full time, M-F between 7a-6p, rotating Saturday 9-1

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to join a locally owned independent retail pharmacy team in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The PIC will manage daily pharmacy operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional patient care.

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and formulary alternatives

  • Provide personalized counseling, MTM, and wellness services

  • Supervise and train the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians

  • Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and excellent service

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Pharm.D. with active Ohio pharmacist license required

  • Experience in management for at least 5 years 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Immunization certification required
