Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Pay: $150k-153k

Bonus: $20,000 sign on bonus + 7% yearly target bonus 

Hours: M-F between 9a-7p, rotating weekend with shortened hours

As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, help drive team success, and ensure smooth workflow and great experiences for employees and the customers. You’ll work closely with the pharmacy team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily workflow, medication dispensing, and provide patient services

  • Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy laws, controlled substance regulations, and proper record-keeping

  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and formulary alternatives

  • Ensure accurate, timely prescription fulfillment while providing personalized counseling and MTM

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Degree (Pharm.D. preferred) from an accredited school of pharmacy 

  • Current pharmacy license in the State of Minnesota 

  • Previous supervisory administrative experience required

This position is on site in St. Peter and scheduled between 9-7 M-F.
