Job Title: Pharmacy Manager 

Pay: $58-65/hr 

Hours: M-F 9am-5pm

Start Date: January 2026

As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, help drive team success, and ensure smooth workflow and great experiences for employees and the customers. You’ll work closely with the pharmacy team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily workflow, medication dispensing, and provide patient services

  • Ensure adherence to all state and federal pharmacy laws, controlled substance regulations, and proper record-keeping

  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and formulary alternatives

  • Counsel patients about their medications, advise on drug interactions, collaborate with providers, and maintain an accurate up-to-date patient profile.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Degree (Pharm.D. preferred) from an accredited school of pharmacy and current pharmacy license in the State of Ohio

  • Immunization experience required 

  • Knowledge of insurance and third-party payment systems

  • Personable and excels with oral communication skills

  • Previous supervisory administrative experience preferred
