One of our major clients in the Phoenix, AZ area is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician for their closed door facility. This is a Non-sterile compounding position, but compounding experience is not needed! This is an excellent opportunity to gain compounding experience if you would like to grow your skill set beyond the retail space!

Job Title: Non Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compound non-sterile medications following established protocols and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate compounding records and documentation
  • Clean and maintain the compounding laboratory environment
  • Manage inventory including restocking, rotation, and removal of outdated medications
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to report lab issues and efficiency metrics
  • Assist with quality assurance processes and reporting

Requirements:
  • Current Arizona State Board Registered Pharmacy Technician license
  • National Certification (PTCB or NHA) preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • At least 1 year of general pharmacy technician experience

Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available (8 hour and 10 hour shifts)! Day shift, Monday through Friday! No weekends or on call hours
