Job Description


We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team in Miami, FL! Our client is dedicated to fertility treatments, offering personalized support and exceptional care tailored to each patient's unique journey. Must be detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. 

Minimum Requirements:
  • Registered/Licensed with State of Florida
  • Graduated from an approved training program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience with benefit investigation preferred
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese)

Schedule:
  • Weekday shifts available:
    • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
    • 10:30 AM - 7 PM
  • Weekend rotation (Saturday/Sunday 10AM-2PM)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process prescriptions and refills
  • Obtain and verify insurance benefits
  • Handle prior authorizations and appeals
  • Coordinate with patients, physicians, and insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate documentation in New Leaf EMR system
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Assist with copay card programs and financial assistance
Pay Range: $23-25/hr (based on experience)
