Hours: LTC: 4 ten-hour shifts (9:30 AM - 8:00 PM), Monday - Thursday

What You’ll Do:
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations by:
  • Accurately filling, processing, and dispensing medications to meet patient needs and adhere to pharmacy timelines.
  • Re-packaging and labeling medications in compliance with pharmacy standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Managing drug inventory through proper documentation, inventory control, and procurement procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting pharmacists with daily operational tasks and workflow management.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with state and federal pharmacy regulations to uphold safety and legal standards.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (Registered or Certified preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of pharmacy experience, ideally in long-term care or compounding settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
  • Dedication to delivering quality care and ensuring patient safety.

This on-site position is located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Choose between:
  • LTC schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday thru Thursday
  • Retail/Compounding schedule: 5 eight-hour shifts, Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation
