Pharmacist: Urgently Hiring
Pay: $60-65/hr (based on experience)
Hours: 1st (7a-3p  M-F, Flexible for later start and end too) or 2nd shift (12 PM - 8 PM) Monday through Friday, no weekends required.
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity with one of our key clients in the greater Cincinnati (Fairfield) area. This is an excellent chance for a pharmacist looking to transition beyond retail pharmacy into a rewarding role in a closed-door compounding facility. The environment is incredibly supportive, with a management team dedicated to fostering long-term careers and professional growth for its staff.

As a Pharmacist in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying prescriptions, conducting drug utilization reviews, reviewing prior authorizations, and facilitating prescription transfers to ensure timely medication access.

  • Leading the implementation of new pharmacy projects and initiatives within established timelines.

  • Ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.

  • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to maintain patient safety, ensure HIPAA compliance, and uphold industry standards.

  • Promoting better health outcomes and improving patient adherence through proactive efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (RPh); a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is strongly preferred.

  • A current, active pharmacist license in Ohio in good standing.

  • At least one year of experience working as a pharmacist.

  • A strong sense of reliability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
